Price Match Policy

We at Obsidian Glass Hardware are committed to providing value to our customers with our high-quality line of products. We remain focused on enhancing your experience, ensuring you always get the best-priced products. If you find a lower advertised price in-store or online, we will match it. Supply us a copy of the current invoice/quote from within the last 30 days, and we will beat it for you. We reserve the right to verify the prices and availability of the product. The product must be identical in material, finish, size, color, and quality. Price matched products must be in stock at the time of the price match. We will match the price of local competitors' immediate available products. We do not offer a price match on 3rd party (marketplace) sites, such as Amazon, eBay, etc. This policy does not apply to errors, misprints, restricted offers, mail order, rebates, coupons, premiums, loyalty cards, membership discounts, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales promotions, free items, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited quantity, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, discontinued, demo, Price Protection applications or one of a kind products. Our price-match does not apply to sellers operating from a non-commercial or individual property such as basements, trucks, garages, etc.
